When a plan ends

You get a 7-day grace period to renew, and your content is kept.

How to do it

  1. Grace period. When a plan ends you have 7 days to renew. Your dashboard shows the date your site goes offline.
  2. Site offline. After 7 days the site goes offline. Your content is kept.
  3. Renew to bring it back. Open your dashboard and choose Renew. The site comes back as soon as the payment goes through.

Team members see a short note that the site is offline until the owner renews.
