Move from Substack

Bring your Substack posts and readers over to your Serey platform.

How to do it

  1. Open Import from Substack. In your platform settings, choose Import from Substack. It is part of the Premium plan.
  2. Upload your Substack export. Add the .zip file from Substack. You can add your subscribers list (.csv) too.
  3. Choose a category for each post. Then choose Review and import. You can close the page; we'll email you when it's done.
  4. Pause paid subscriptions on Substack. If you have paid readers, open Substack Settings › Payments and click Pause next to Pause subscription billing. The video shows how.
  5. Email your readers. Send your readers the email about your move.
